About the Role
You will be responsible for managing all the capabilities of the Atlassian systems. This includes setting up, maintaining, and evolving our environment. R epresent the needs of product development as a product owner for the Atlassian tool suite. Develop the application strategy ensuring the best use of Jira and Confluence across the Bose organization, assisting teams in getting the most out of their Atlassian experience.

You will work with internal customers, assessing the current state of processes, defining, and developing solutions. You will support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite including building and implementing of new JIRA workflows, and permission, notification, and screens schemes. Deliver training and demos to teams on the features and functionality. As well as address technical problems in a fast-paced environment.

About You


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

  • Proven track record as an Enterprise Atlassian Jira and Confluence Administrator. Bonus if Atlassian Certified

  • Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps.

  • Experience with Jira Align is a plus, but not required

  • Experience with Rest API's, Java, JavaScript or Python

  • Demonstrable experience in MySQL or another relational database

  • Experience with Linux desired. Solid grasp of the SDLC and project management methodologies

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
