We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, customer service driven individual to fill an open Customer Service Specialist (Dispatcher) position at our Dispatch Center located just northeast of Plainview.
In a team atmosphere, Dispatchers communicate with customers; schedule, dispatch and communicate with bus operators to help people of all ages and abilities get safely to places in and around their communities such as school, work or clinic; and complete documentation and other administrative responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have previous customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:45am-6:15pm, with rotating Saturdays (typically every 6th Saturday) 7:30am-4:00pm.
This full-time position (40 hours per week) has a great benefit package including generous Paid Time Off (PTO), health insurance (with an Agency-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)), and a 403(b) Retirement Plan with a generous Agency match after 12 months of employment. Starting pay is $19.15/hour.
