The Aspenwood Company, a leader in the senior living industry has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lead Concierge at our Village of Southampton location an upscale Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
Monday - Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The lead concierge is responsible for being a welcoming face and source of information for residents and visitors. Additionally, the lead concierge is the resource for all other concierge who may have questions regarding policy or procedures. The lead concierge must be professional, friendly, focused, detail oriented, and be welcoming to staff, guests, residents, and callers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors all incoming public traffic and assists with questions.
• Subject matter expert in the event of complicated questions.
• Assists with scheduling and fills in where needed.
• Receives guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner. Ambassador of first impressions by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and all other areas visible to the public.
• Respond to the needs of residents, families and visitors by providing immediate assistance.
• Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established policies and procedures.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Answer telephone, determine nature of call and relay information or route call as appropriate.
• Assist with maintenance orders either on paper or through an electronic maintenance order system.
• Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms and respond in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May drive residents to their doctor appointments or events.
• Assist with scheduling job applicant interviews for department heads.
• Track incoming/outgoing residents and guests.
• Assists with special projects or tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
