About the Position:

Assist customers with digital banking products, applications, services and inquiries while providing superior customer service and supporting all aspects associated with keeping digital banking moving forward. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot online Customer Service needs as it pertains to applications, enrollments, and digital banking issues via phone, email, and online Internet based systems, including social media

  • Ensure documentation of issues in appropriate systems and ensure proper follow up

  • Review inquiries for systemic issues and report to appropriate parties, following through to ensure resolution

  • Maintain, process, and decision Online New Account application activity

  • Assist digital customers with flow and questions related to Online Account Creation and Online Banking services vial all communication channels

  • Follow Call Center protocols and manage dashboard

  • Fulfill reporting and data requests for business analysis purposes

  • Execute relevant mass communication customer notifications

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal laws imposed on Financial Institutions, E-Banking and Social Media

Additional Information:


  • 3-5 yrs Customer facing Banking experience, required

  • 1-2 yrs Experience using Digital Banking back office tools, preferred

  • 1-2 yeas of Call Center experience

  • Web savvy with a genuine interest in all things Digital Banking

  • Basic understanding of bug reporting/ticketing processes

  • Proficient with various computer software and programs (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Adobe)
