Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders and nursing standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Uphold high standards of nursing care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Qualifications:
Valid California LVN license.
CPR/BLS certification.
Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
