Field Service Representatives at MLT systems

Job Description:

In support of Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault, we are seeking a Field Service Representative -Waterborne Egress Capability (WEC) with experience in supporting Field Service Support (FSS) activities required to assist the Government in vehicle sustainment.


The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:


• Provide in-depth knowledge of the operation,maintenance, employment, fielding, and sustainment support requirements of the WEC equipment and ancillary hardware

• Perform all WEC related preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the supporting published USMC Technical Manuals

• Perform all equipment warranty related efforts, accomplish place-in-service inspections, system kitting, and distribution, and complete scheduled WEC component repairs or re-builds

• Conduct Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) transactions to document completed preventative and corrective maintenance actions, initiate/open supporting Service Requests, and perform requisite post preventative/corrective maintenance Quality Control checks

• Prepare and submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), as required

• Provide operation/maintenance familiarization training on WEC equipment and ancillary support equipment to unit personnel

Education/Experience:

High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred 8 years of maintenance experience for vehicles similar to AAV and ACV within the last 20 years at the level equivalent to Ordnance Maintenance Chief.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with TM/TI/MI, ECPs, Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), preferred

• Must possess a current US passport or ability to obtain one within 60 days of task order award

• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice

• Ability to be certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) 90 days after contract award for repairs on the SRU-43/P SEA Lv 2.0

• Ability to spend extended periods of time in austere field conditions

• Able to obtain and maintain a Government CAC
