SUMMARY
Become a part of a fast-paced technical service team in the in-home fitness industry. As an IT Service Desk
Technician you are responsible for configuring, maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing
computer hardware and peripherals. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software.
Support and maintain user account access, including rights, security and groups. This position requires
some evening and weekend availability as business needs arise. This is a full time, on-site position located in
Logan UT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide support for systems and equipment, operation, and technical issues.
● Develop process improvements for increased efficiency.
● Maintain and support systems and equipment for employees
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems/issues.
● Provide technical support to ensure that hardware and software systems are fully functional.
● Asset management and tracking
