Nature of Work

Serves customers by installing and servicing mechanical systems and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  




• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  




• Tie workflow to schedule.
  




• Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  




• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  




• Document processes.
  




• Operate service vehicle in a safe manner.
  




• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  




• Build positive relationships with customers.
  

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
  

Education

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  

Experience

• Six months to two years or more of related work experience required.
  

Physical Demands

• The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; significant climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 15% sitting, 30% walking, and 55% standing. This position will be required to use a ladder and work at tall heights (i.e. roof top)
  

Work Environment

• Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts and chemicals. May require protective gear.
