The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to and from our retail stores and headquarters (between NYC and NJ.) The Driver will be reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading, and unloading truck. Also, transporting employees from the PATH station to the corporate headquarters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proper completion of shipping and handling of companys inventory on a consistent basis. Adherence to all company security policies concerning shipping and receiving Loading, transporting, and delivering items to retail locations and HQ in a safe, timely manner. Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Daily transportation of employees from the PATH station to corporate headquarter in the AM and PMConduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver product and to transport employees to maintain safety and cleanliness Constant communication with all connected to product runs to ensure no confusion or errors are made
Assist in all transfer request to retail locations and HQ

Requirements
Valid Driver's License - must be in good standing (Non-CDL) Minimum High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) Experience driving in busy urban areas 2 years of related Inventory experience Ability to work independentlyin a fast paced environment with constantly changing demands Ability to juggle multipletasks with strong time management skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
