We are presently seeking an experienced RF Circuit Design Engineer to help accelerate the pace of innovation with our customers. Location: Remote, working with VT, NC, or AZ teams

Position Type: Full-Time

Expected Base Pay Scale (USD): $80,000 - $120,000 annual base salary. The successful candidates base pay depends on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The expected base pay scale may be adjusted based on market conditions.

As an RF Circuit Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing high performance RF analog circuits and passive devices per specified requirements. Design experience should include switches, resonators, tunable inductors and capacitors, and impedance matching networks. You will direct mask designers to implement layouts using industry standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools in technologies such as SiGe BiCMOS and SOI CMOS.

Requirements of an RF Circuit Design Engineer include a BS, MS (preferred), or PhD (preferred) in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of industry experience as follows:

Strong RF Analog circuit design skillsExperience above 15 GHz preferredExperience with Cadence EDA (Composer/Virtuoso) toolsExperience with SpectreRF, Spectre, HSPICEExperience with CALIBRE or Cadence LVS/DRC preferredExperience with field solver software such as ANSYS HFSS, Keysight ADS, Helic, etc.Experience with RF laminate and MCM designStrong analytical/problem solving skills and pronounced attention to detailsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMust be comfortable working across geographies
