This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to important functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As an Analyst, Channel Analytics , you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Channel Analytics team reporting to the Manager, Channel Analytics, you will work on projects including optimizing self-service automations and identifying friction in customer experience journeys.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Analyze data and metrics for channel performance that involve multiple data sources (Adobe, Amazon Connect, Kipsu, XMD, etc.).
• Maintain and monitor dashboards and reporting for health metrics and KPI's in an evolving environment of releases and expansions.
• Deliver analysis to answer business questions and outline impacts.
• Use data to tell comprehensive and compelling stories that business partners can use to make decisions.
• Perform end-to-end support of tracking and implementation for Channel/CX Experiences.
• Monitor and test new features/enhancements introduced.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work closely with BI team to create standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Collaborate with CX Product Owner team on building business requirements for data and self-service tools.
• Partner with teams across the enterprise, specifically within Channel Analytics and the broader CSIA teams to understand and support initiatives efforts, as well as data training materials and standard operating procedures.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Adobe analytics testing of product releases/updates/fixes, supporting the full process, pre and post release.
• Develop functional reporting and data automations for Keys Business Review initiatives such as MBRs, QBRs, and Colocation meetings.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of work experience in Analytics.
• Experience with data QA, data pulling, data manipulation, debugging, and validating digital measurement is working as expected.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills in Excel, specifically pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.
• Basic knowledge of SQL querying.

It would be useful if you have:

• Demonstrate expertise in messaging and digital data such as Adobe, Amazon Connect, Qualtrics.
• Possess experience with a coding language such as Hive, R, SAS, or Python.
• Exhibit general understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization concepts/tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency working with Alteryx, Adobe, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Have decoding experience utilizing browser extension tools such as Omnibug, Observe Point, etc.
• Exhibit strong storytelling and presentation skills.
