Job Description:

Marin Post Acute is Marin County's premier skilled nursing facility located in San Rafael. The facility underwent a complete remodel in 2017 and specializes in short-term rehabilitation. We provide inpatient care to residents recovering from illness, injury, and disabilities. We are currently looking to add an occupational therapist to our amazing rehab team!

Basic job responsibilities include:

- Completing assessments of each patient's needs

- Creating individualized treatment plans

- Helping patients gain strength and skills to perform daily activities and tasks

- Collaborating with an amazing team and documenting patient progress

New grads as well as seasoned OTs are welcome!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
