Main Purpose: Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising managing several job sites for optimal productivity.
Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise craft activities; includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked
Coordinate assigned work with different crafts, company departments, or other contractors/site requirements
Maintain liaison with estimating and planning teams to ensure work complies with specifications, and schedule
Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required
Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented
Recommend corrective action and recognition for employees
Perform BOCs
Administers productivity reports to assure work is meeting expectations
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Technical expertise and experience in the trades
Understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required
Lift & move 45lbs or more
Strong Mechanical Aptitude
Willing to work in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot/cold/rain)
Class A CDL a plus
Demolition experience a plus
Heavy equipment experience a plus
Computer/Office Machines - Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook
English - proficient in business writing and verbal communication
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle
Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
