Kforce's client, a national public accounting firm in Livingston, NJ is seeking an Audit Manager focused on Banking clients. The role will be Hybrid. Responsibilities:
In this role, the Audit Manager will be managing multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams when engagements end
Anticipating and addressing client concerns and resolving problems as they arise

Continue learning the latest developments and the firm's standards and policies
The Audit Manager will be staying on top of industry developments and their effects on client's competitive position
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to be licensed in your aligned home office state
5 to 7 years of recent large public accounting external audit experience focused on Banking clients
Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task
Skills should include organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing as you work effectively with clients and adequately handle multiple engagements and teams
It is important that you interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion
Able to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently
Experience in external audit of public companies is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
