Responsibilities:

Trains, supervises, and assists crew members in the performance of proper horticultural practices and techniques required in planting of trees, shrubs, and ground covers.
Special events such as cleanup or rough mowing of native areas, and irrigation installation and repair work. Apply pesticides as required, only after receiving safety training.
Utilizes company practices in landscape installation, maintenance and irrigation installs and repairs while setting a positive example of behavior, attitude and work ethic to crew members, customers and public.
It is the responsibility of the Enhancement Foreman to cooperate with the direction and utilize a full understanding of the Company's policies and procedures in completing the work assigned.
