Job Details:

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift/Schedule: On-Call/ Flex- No set guaranteed hours. First come first serve on Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Must have an Active SORA License

Security Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service.Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the shiftActs as the principle contact for client management at the facility.Trains security staff and sustains awareness of site alarms and emergency response activities.Documents incidents and conditions causing risk and forward reports to Account Manager.The performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies, and reporting.Establishing productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.Observe, survey, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.Maintaining communication protocols that provide an effective client relationship.Provide rapid response in critical situations.

Qualifications:
Must have an Active SORA LicenseAt least 18 years of age or olderHigh school education or equivalent (GED)Legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust have at least one year of security experienceHave a solid/stable work historyDrug Testing and Background screening requiredSecurity, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS Reliable transportation
