Position Summary
The Delivery Logistics and Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, timely, and consistent delivery of wholesale product to retail partners in Pennsylvania, ensuring the Company is meeting all requirements under state and federal transportation laws and regulations. This person also oversees the Asset Protection department in the Company's production facility. This function includes managing restricted access procedures, monitoring camera and alarm systems, incident reporting and investigation, and emergency response.
Responsibilities & Duties

Manages route planning and logistics to coordinate wholesale deliveries, including scheduling, communication with dispensaries, loading/unloading, plotting delivery routes, scheduling vehicle inspections and maintenance, monitoring driver safety, and completing accurate and compliant recordkeeping.
Works closely with Sales team and other cross-functional partners to coordinate optimal delivery schedule and provide quality customer service to wholesale dispensaries.
Oversees facility security, including front entrance and other restricted access points, assignment and restriction of door access cards, organizing vendor escorts, and performing inspections.
Manages associates, including assigning work schedules, developing and motivating team, goal setting, training, coaching, and performance management.
Monitors and troubleshoots camera system including ensuring all cameras are operational and unobstructed, contacting third party vendors to provide service, and performing daily footage monitoring.
Ensures oversight of compliant disposal of all cannabis waste product and retains documentation.
Manages the emergency response, including inclement weather planning, responding to alarm activation, and documenting emergency response calls.
Prepares and/or assists management with the preparation of incident reports; assists with incident investigation through video footage as needed.
Assists Director of EHS with preparing fire drills, including coordinating with local fire department; maintains fire extinguishers in accordance with inspection schedule. Operates a clean and safe work environment that is compliant with safety regulations, proactive with resolving safety related issues, and maintains accurate up to date safety records. Ensures all entryways and exits are clear of obstruction.

Qualifications & Skills

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role required
3 years of leadership experience required
Transportation logistics experience required

Proficiency in Office 365 required
Knowledge of DOT regulations required
Knowledge of state cannabis regulations preferred
