Job Description:

The General Manager provides strategic leadership and formulates policies to enforce the companys vision and goals. The GM sets operating procedures and standards of performance for employees. Must be a team builder, that promotes a high-level productivity with a focus on employee development.

Job Duties:
Exemplifies the highest of moral and ethical standards, and demands all aspects of the company are governed by these standards.Implements strategic plan to advance the companys vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote reputation, profitability and growth as an organization.Provides vision and strategic leadership for Allstate.Formulates the companys budget to accomplish short- and long-term financial goals, working from 1, 3 and 5 year projections.Establishes action plans and timelines in line with goals and objectives consistent with the companys risk tolerance.Establishes and maintains relationships with strategic partnersEvaluates and advises on existing markets as well as directing Allstate into new markets or new scopes within their existing markets. Reviews sales statistics and financial statements to provide constant analysis and feedback on budget adherence, backlog strength, and operational capacities.Oversees fabrication and production reports to ensure financial success of the organization.Manages companys operational costs.Builds consensus and facilitates problem-solving and collaboration amongst the companys departmentsStays informed of industry standards and competitionStrives to serves as a marketplace expert in the industryManages a high level of client interactionsEmpowers team with leadership skills and resources they need to successfully complete operational initiatives and to assure continuous growth of all employees.Motivates and leads a high-performance culture Oversees; Marketing, Sales, Estimating, Engineering and Drafting, Fabrication, and Field Operations.Drives Allstates Continuous Improvement Culture.Is totally committed to PTTGs safety Culture.Assures All Companies Policies and Procedures are adhered to.Conducts on going collaboration to assure Allstate acts for the benefit of the PTTG Family of Companies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Administration or an Engineering Degree in a related field.MBA Preferred. A minimum 10 years of operational experience in the industryProven track record of leadership role as leading executiveStrong attention to detailHigh-level vision Strong analytical skillsAbility to inspire and coach othersSolid communication skills
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and as needed to facilitate company performance and respond to unexcepted needs.
