Work Schedule :

This is a part-time, 90% FTE day shift position. Shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM rotation of a day off each pay period and no weekends required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a LPN:


  • Join obstetricians/gynecologists, advanced practice providers, residents and certified nurse midwives who provide a broad range of basic and specialized medical and surgical services from primary obstetrical and gynecological health care to advanced techniques in diagnosing and treating infertility problems and malignancies of the reproductive tract.
  • Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
  • Responsible for nurse visits, patient education, paperwork, pre-visit planning, rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting with proecedures, injections and vaccines.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education

Education :

Minimum -


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum -


  • Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
