• Lead the planning and execution of technology and product roadmaps that will excite our customers and drive growth in our Custom Smiles business


• Leading research and development teams in the development of state-of-the-art software technology platforms and solutions utilizing AI and machine learning technologies to deliver on our global customer needs and business requirements


• Energizing the organization by creating a culture which encourages innovation, risk taking, teamwork, and high productivity. Maintaining a consistent technical focus on innovative solutions across the organization.


• Being a thought leader who contributes to and influences cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and integrate with newly emerging technologies helping to shape both technical and business direction

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree or higher AND 8 years of technical leadership in the area of machine learning, deep learning, data science, computer vision, or artificial intelligence development

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 5 years of experience in the management of a technical and/or business organization with direct reports.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields from an accredited institution


• Experience leading teams in all stages of large global software/digital product development from prototype to product launch


• Advanced knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques.


• History of significant contributions to an organization through management of resources on major impact programs and development of product / technology roadmaps


• Experience developing software that facilitates AI/Machine learning algorithms and models to solve problems in the healthcare domain


• Leading high performing software development and AI/Machine Learning teams in an agile environment: ensure quality software, testing strategies, algorithms and models that deploy at scale, leading platform architecture and technology planning for roadmaps

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
