Position: Respiratory Therapist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Respiratory Therapist to lead our new respiratory program. As the Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized respiratory care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing respiratory needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve respiratory function and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess respiratory status and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.


• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies according to established protocols.


• Monitor and evaluate respiratory responses to interventions and adjust care plans as necessary.


• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory health management and preventive measures.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and holistic care delivery.


• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.


• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in CA.


• Strong understanding of respiratory conditions and therapeutic interventions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
