Position Overview:
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant at Whitney Oaks Care Center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans.


• Assist residents in achieving their maximum level of independence in daily activities.


• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions as prescribed.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.


• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid California state certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).


• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred.
