As an LVN at Copper Ridge Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care activities
Qualifications:
Current LVN license in the state of California
CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
