Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment
Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment such as: motors, pneumatic, conveyor, blending, scaling, filling, cartooning, coding/printing, electrical, compressed air, vacuum hydraulic and bulk-filling systems
Troubleshoot mechanical systems related to production and plant support equipment ranging from single phase to three phase equipment along with voltages ranging from 5VDC 480 VAC
Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and layouts
Troubleshoot electrical wiring, relay logic, control and safety circuits
Troubleshoot electronic boards, PLC; s, touch screens, displays, contactors, motors
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to power transmissions, chain and belt drives, cams, bearings, and actuators
Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic controls and components
Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting
Teardown and rebuild gearboxes, clutches, actuators, and other assembles related to equipment repairs

Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 3-5 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Ability to write work orders, parts requests, shift logs, routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
Ability to use and read a volt meter, amp meter, ohm meter, and other electrical testing equipment needed for the facility
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, sit, climb, and/or lift up to 40 lbs frequently or through the duration of the shift
