Responsible for the set up of materials and accurate ingredients for processing.

Ensures all hoses and tanks are clean before mixing cheeses.
Removes skin from bags of cheese.
Runs the accurate amount of oil for the lines.
Mixes cheese.
Ensures the salters and/or seasoners remain filled throughout the workday.
Empties the seasoners and salters at the end of the day.
Responsible for all changeovers during the workday - whether it be on the curl line, crunchy line, or popcorn line.
Responsible for running other lines, if necessary, and covers for break periods on other lines.
Sweeps floors throughout the workday to keep product and seasoning off the floor.
Fills the fryers with oil and lights poppers as necessary.
Adheres to common safety practices/guidelines.
Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as, but not limited to: GMP's, HACCP, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor and/or Lead.
