Job Description:

The ACRTS End User Technology Manager provides, operates, and maintains end user equipment, and services that meet the needs of the ACR business. This role possesses initiative, drive, and has the broad relevant technical knowledge necessary to maintain a high-class level of customer service to the business. The Frontline Support Manager establishes processes, procedures, and technologies to achieve established objectives, promote quality, and drive value for the ACR business. Works closely with ACRTS peers to ensure high quality service delivery and ongoing support. Actively works with ACRTS peers to eliminate defects.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establishes strategic plans for team and system maturity based on best practices and organizational priorities
Oversees the management and configuration of all end user technologies, and business utilized applications as well as maintenance and upgrades to responsible systems and software packages
Assesses new computing technologies and the feasibility of enhancements to determine potential value for the company
Ensures the continual functioning of mission critical computer systems operations
Maintains security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment
Supervises a team of ACRTS End User Technicians, setting the team up for success through performance coaching and talent development
Builds and maintain trusting partnerships with peers, internal customers, vendors, and the ACRTS team
Manage ACRTS projects, ensuring value propositions are well defined, alternatives are explored, and success criteria are met
Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
10+ years of hands-on IT Infrastructure experience in servers and cloud
5+ years of experience leading a team, with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and talent development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in strategic planning with an ability to make business recommendations rooted in value or results
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience instilling a solution-oriented mindset into an IT organization via creative use of technology and alternative approaches. "Yes but" not "No" in communication with business
