As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer you will play a pivotal role in developing the foundation of our advanced manufacturing systems that will support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities include:
Create manufacturing solutions, develop equipment concepts, and investigate equipment costs to produce new products.Write the equipment specifications and coordinate the design, build, and qualification of custom equipment for various manufacturing processes including assembly, laser welding, laser marking, and inspection.Evaluate and implement improvements to custom designed machines to ensure efficiency.Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, cost-savings and enhance product quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality control, cost reduction, production methods, and maintenance to ensure seamless integration of advanced manufacturing processes.Manage workload to the Program Managers timeline in order to meet customer needs.Support the Program Manager in communications with customers, staff and management regarding project status and technical issues.Prepare and present project updates and report-outs to management.Conduct research to stay up to date on the latest advanced manufacturing process and developments to aid the implementation of the most effective solutions.Support and provide input to improve the effectiveness of the Quality system to ensure system compliance, as well as compliance with legal requirements and other company policies and procedures.Assist with any special, technical training needs
