Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Manager in West Chester, OH.

Job Description: Oversee planning and supply chain inside the plants. Manage all flow-related aspects (incoming, outgoing and internal) in the EcoFit (US Services Modernization) Plants. Oversee all aspects of warehousing and inventory inside the plant. Manage the team according to SPS/SIM rules and cycle event of the plant. Manage resources versus load according to the strategic plan and the customer portfolio and Warehouse. Manage the performance and the productivity of the resources, including both Warehouse and MPH. Animate the Master Production Plan by analyzing needs and achievements and by proposing necessary resources to put in place. Manage internal and external resources in order to ensure on time delivery. Lead and improve suppliers' service level, lead time, and lot size. Lead and improve plant flow performance. Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed. Manage the ranges ramp down/up and obsolescence. Position supervises seven (7) direct reports in the positions of Warehouse Supervisor, Senior/Engineering Coordinators, and Services Planner Assistants.

Requirements: Position requires Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Position requires 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in supply chain management or related occupation, which must include t least some experience in the following skills: SAP and other ERPs as well as WMS (warehouse management system); Supply chain management and supply chain flows and design; Inventory management and cycle counting; Formulating business strategy by analyzing data and providing user requirements to inform creation of business intelligence dashboards; Managing long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production decisions; Managing warehouse and inventory teams, including manufacturing schedulers, to ensure on-time delivery; and Managing up, down, and across in a complex, matrixed environment requiring real-time and accurate information on build plans and ship dates.
