Salary Range: $83,491.20 to $96,478.72 annual salary is commensurate with experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Prospect and Stewardship Manager will develop and implement an effective constituent management strategy with a holistic view of organizational relationships to enable Heluna Health to expand its impact and offerings in population health services and resources. The incumbent will use data intelligence to build an active community of partners, clients, principal investigators and researchers, educators, clinical providers, caregivers, population health advocates, public health professionals, social service providers, program employees, nonprofit leaders, government leaders, and philanthropic donors. The Prospect and Stewardship Manager will manage and track a productive prospect pipeline across multiple units to advance ambitious goals and lead on stewardship efforts to maximize philanthropic support. Reporting to the Director of Development, the incumbent will work closely with the Director of Growth Strategy, Chief Advancement Officer, and other senior leaders. Candidates must demonstrate good written communication skills and knowledge of nonprofit fundraising.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Previous Experience: The candidate should have a comprehensive nonprofit fundraising background (minimum 5+ years) with experience overseeing database development, managing gift records, and producing reports. Must be a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience deploying contemporary practices in prospect research and analysis. Proven demonstration of initiative, motivation, creativity, and ability to work independently. Track record of success in a team environment and able to meet goals in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Education: The candidate must possess good communication skills specifically geared towards case statements, digital campaigns, and gift acknowledgment letters with proper use of English grammar, punctuation, and syntax; use of best practices in prospect development; ability to conduct research; understanding of branding and positioning strategies for the institution and for specific projects. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a demonstrated track record of establishing effective systems that foster collaboration and improve efficiency. Effective interpersonal skills, an aptitude for logical thinking, keen attention to detail, and a creative and positive attitude. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision while meeting strict deadlines with an outcomes-oriented approach. Knowledge of prospect management tools and databases is a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
