Primary contact for sales reps for Medline NAMIC. Generate quotes, revisions and updates for custom kits.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cross-reference current customer kits and provide quotes for exact competitive crosses as well as uncover Medline preferred opportunities.
Facilitate sample requests with the Sample Coordinator to assist in closing new business.
Ensure accurate quoting and item set-up by working closely with Medline departments.
Work with other Account Reps to assist with inbound product support inquiries via phone and email.
Act as the primary contact for product support questions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience in controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience in processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
