This position is based in Buffalo, NY with a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

Administering Enterprise Scheduling software for Ingram Micro's distributed environment, including creation and updating of job schedules, maintenance and patching of software and servers, and solution design for new process and system integration.

Your role:

• Create and update job definitions in Scheduler interface


• Maintain currency of software versions and server patching


• Act as administrator for Scheduling software configuration


• Liaise with Application and Monitoring teams


• Document and track requests and auditing with a high level of detail

What you bring to the role:

• A undergraduate degree in Technology or related field


• 3+ years of experience in Scheduling Analysis/Administration with a focus in general IT environment


• Experience with server maintenance, LINUX, and Windows


• Knowledge of ITIL standards


• High level of trouble shooting and problem-solving skills


• Experience with a Batch Scheduling Software such as BMC Control-M or Redwood ActiveBatch a plus


• Familiarity in mainframe integration or cloud services a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $81,700.00 - $130,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
