Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)


• Interested and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a fixed or rotating shift

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment


• Basic computer knowledge

• Menomonie, Wisconsin

May include up to 5% domestic

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.93 and $26.10. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
