Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Global S&OP Business Analyst.
What you will do:
Responsible for supporting HYG Global S&OP and S&OE processes to achieve financial and performance objectives with data, analytics, and predictive models.
Provide analytical expertise to guide best business decisions globally.
Create, manage, and monitor standardized S&OP metrics globally across all 4 regions (AMER, EMEA, BRAZ, APIC) to track performance, risks, and trends.
Collect and validate data from various sources, such as sales, marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain.
Monitor and measure forecast accuracy and identify root causes of deviations.
Develop and maintain statistical models to validate accurate regional demand and supply forecasts.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate key insights.
Provide data, charts and presentations to support S&OP cadence meetings.
Identify and effectively communicate trends, risks, and key insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand and supply plans and resolve issues.

Experience managing/influencing stakeholders including Leadership levels across regional/global boundaries.
What you will need:
B.A./B.S. in Business, Cost Engineering, Accounting, Statistics or related field required.
5-7 years work experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Project Management, S&OP, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or Operations (or closely related combination) and with broad range of business knowledge.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Strong analytical skills preferably with financial knowledge.
Strong HYG business acumen, communication skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi and other software systems.
Report creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Combination of formal education, OJT, seminars, and professional certifications.
