Reqs: B.S. Agric. Eng./Agric. Sci. (or foreign equiv.) + 5 yrs' progressive exp. in QC of imported fruits. Reqs.: exp. w/entire inspection process, safety/sanitation audits, train/supervise QC workers, QC/int’l standards for imported fruits/food safety, product tracing/recalls, USDA/APHIS standards & quarantine procedures.
