What You’ll Do

• Exception reporting


• Niche loan processing


• SBA and participation processing and reporting


• Resolving billing errors


• Monitors and processes loan requests and inquiries submitted in the Loan Operations mail box, maintenance and research including reconciling items from the loan control account


• Research and resolve complex requests


• Ensures proper booking and earnings of all loan fees/costs in accordance to Financial Accounting Standards and Financial Management policy.


• Ensures that all transactions between the loan system and general ledger are balanced.  Research and resolve general ledger differences.


• Provides customer service to external and internal customers.

Training/ Education/ Experience Required

• 3+ years’ experience in financial services


• Office or teller experience; loan operations and loan documentation experience a plus


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• General computer skills


• Must have significant experience with commercial loans


• Must have significant back-office loan processing experience with commercial , residential and small business loans
