• High school diploma or general education degree(GED), plus a minimum of one-year office experience and one-year technical services experience or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, alarm systems and CCTV systems

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Process service requests from store locations, including troubleshooting via telephone, to verify actual service needs
• Communicate service information, including expected timeframes to stores
• Process, dispatch and track daily service requests from stores and main office
• Organize all service projects while maintaining capital and expense budgets
• Create plans, order equipment and prepare outgoing shipments for all new and remodeled stores
• Manage asset protection equipment in main office, such as CCTV, X-ray machine, metal detector, keys and cores, etc.
• Maintain CCTV systems settings and firmware for store systems
• Manage asset protection supply depot and schedule/prepare e-cycling
• Negotiate pricing with vendors on new equipment
• Stamp and code all service invoicing for payment
• Process employee sales
• Provide backup support or jewelry asset protection security desk
• Perform all other projects/tasks as assigned
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and occasional overtime
