POSITION SUMMARY:


The Retail Support Specialist will coordinate supply inventory management and distribution. This position will also support Retail Operations by providing basic administrative support such as routing mail, issuing requested resources and working with other team members on projects as assigned.   The Retail support specialist will also support the retail Support Coordinator with entry, tracking and reporting data related to DGR operations.


Duties will also include but are not limited to:



  • Compile, review, and maintain data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to record inventory data into POS system or other tracking database as assigned.

  • Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock-handling equipment, as notified of these issues.

  • Track, prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, costs shortages, shipments, expenditures, transportation data and items used or issued.

  • Purchase new or additional inventory and prepare documents that provide for such purchases as needed.

  • Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to DGR sites, based on information from incoming requisitions.


External Hiring Range: $17.00/hour



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • No experience required, will train the right person for the job.


REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:



  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
