This role sources, recruits, screens and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles.
Job Duties
Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
Review and assess applicants education, experience, training and other qualifications
Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork and perform reference and background checks
Schedule interviews and coordinate interviewers or panels
Test and score applicants and gather feedback from other interviewers
Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefit packages, and career advancement opportunities
Prepare and extend job offers
Notify applicants of rejection
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
Perform work under general supervision
Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
May provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
