This role sources, recruits, screens and interviews candidates to fill organizational roles.

Job Duties


  • Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates
  • Review and assess applicants education, experience, training and other qualifications
  • Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork and perform reference and background checks
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interviewers or panels
  • Test and score applicants and gather feedback from other interviewers
  • Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefit packages, and career advancement opportunities
  • Prepare and extend job offers
  • Notify applicants of rejection
  • Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
  • Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

  • Perform work under general supervision
  • Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter
  • May provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
