Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Dispatcher to manage new construction projects for residential doors and hardware. This individual will effectively coordinate installation projects to ensure processes and procedures are being followed and project is completed successfully. Job Responsibilities:

• Review hardware schedule and construction schedule for projects


• Create a plan for installation


• Serve as primary installation contact and as a technical resource to technicians and shop-install staff


• Ensure proper and consistent safety precautions are being followed


• Work with and maintain scheduling software and project communication software


• Other duties may be assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Proven ability to implement process improvements


• Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner


• Must have a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
