Product Finance is a highly analytical team supporting Bose's Product and R&D functions with informative analysis, recommendations, planning, and management reporting.

About the Job
Serve as the lead financial analyst supporting our R&D and Product Management functions.
Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and investment decisions.
Analyze financial performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
Support the development and implementation of financial best practices within R&D and Product Management.
Manage risk by monitoring key financial indicators and proactively identifying potential issues.
Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with business unit leaders, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and benchmark the company's performance against competitors.
Lead the budget and quarterly rolling forecast processes for R&D and Product Management.
Longer-term growth opportunities in product portfolio management.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in financial analysis or business partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization using Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA with concentration in finance or economics.
Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI.
Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
