About the Job


  • Serve as the lead financial analyst supporting our R&D and Product Management functions.

  • Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.

  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and investment decisions.

  • Analyze financial performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.

  • Support the development and implementation of financial best practices within R&D and Product Management.

  • Manage risk by monitoring key financial indicators and proactively identifying potential issues.

  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with business unit leaders, finance teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and benchmark the company's performance against competitors.

  • Lead the budget and quarterly rolling forecast processes for R&D and Product Management.

  • Longer-term growth opportunities in product portfolio management.

About You

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial analysis or business partnering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization using Excel.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA with concentration in finance or economics.

  • Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI.

  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
