Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Inventory integrity Analyst I-II, on-site at our Greenville, NC plant.
What you will do:
Ready to resolve discrepancy
Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action implemented to ensure correct inventory usage and related transactions.
Audit data and verify accuracy of PRMS system records
Communicate discrepancies identified to supervisor
Investigate and analyze repetitive inventory inaccuracies to identify root cause of discrepancies. Investigation will include discussion with representatives in functional areas that may impact accuracy of data to determine cause
Participate in meetings with appropriate parties to discuss initiatives required to correct discrepancy and introduce corrective action identified to resolve discrepancies.
Who you are:
Identification of discrepancies.
Advanced root cause analysis
Knowledge of PRMS Product Structure/Product Flow
Computer Literate - Excel spreadsheets, etc. Manipulation of data for analysis
What you will need:
Minimum of High School diploma. College degree or specialized training in materials discipline preferred.
Five (5) years of manufacturing experience. Inventory or materials discipline area preferred.
Skills, Experience & Abilities:
Business and management skills
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills - written & oral, and ability to interface with various levels of management.
Posses the required technical knowledge to be effective in this position.
Must demonstrate the ability to entry level investigate root cause, analyze data, identify corrective action, effectively communicate findings to appropriate parties and monitor corrective action to ensure inventory integrity is restored.
Activities must be accomplished in a timely manner utilizing diplomacy and excellent communication skills.
