NI is hoping to find a contingent worker for R&D work, as an Engineering Support Assistant.
Assignment Extension Duration: 3 months
Hourly Pay Rate: Per Contract
Assignment Details:
Quickly procures parts for the team when needed.
Identifies and solves part procurement needs and issues. Track's part availability and maintains communication with procurement teams to ensure there are no availability problems.
Assists the Project Manager in achieving the project deadlines and milestones.
Responsible for project logistics and ensuring prototype and manufacturing jobs are run correctly and on time. Do this by coordinating with PCB services, manufacturing, engineering, services groups, etc. and tracking and following up with these teams to ensure that deliverables are provided on time.
Creates new part numbers and symbols for use in designs and maintains the Bill of Materials for products in our PLM.
Follows up and thoroughly tracks the results of all assigned tasks.
