Install, deliver, service, or repair building materials provided by Millard Lumber.

Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install and deliver structures or fixtures, such as windows, frames, trim, doors or hardware using hand and/or power tools.Troubleshoots and adjust products in the field.Use and work on ladder or scaffolding. Manually and with the use of a forklift, load/unload materials on/off trucks.Records and reports details of damaged or broken parts.Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair and replace, using power or hand tools.Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.If driving company vehicle, report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage to the vehicle; Check vehicle to ensure mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.Demonstrate decision-driving skills by safely delivering products in a timely manner in accordance with DOT regulations and damage-free.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. Experience in the hardware/lumber industry preferred

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physicalWork morning/evening hours during the week, required weekends and overtimeMust have a valid, unrestricted Drivers licenseMust be able to pass a DOT physicalMaintenance of regular attendance

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Employee must have clear, close vision for reading and repairing of products. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, balance, stoop, grasp, talk, and hear. Job may require reaching at or above shoulder level and below waist. Will occasionally lift/push/pull up to 80 pounds. Can perform activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.Jobsite visits are required and are subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, mechanical parts, increased noise levels and dust.
