$64K - $70K

What part would you play in this role?


You will oversee the daily call center operations which include monitoring real time call statistics, coaching and reporting metrics to upper management as well as staff. 


In this rewarding role, you will also:



  • Be responsible for the specific team performance to achieve the operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service

  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

  • Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work according to clients contractual obligations

  • Responsible for the daily operational workflow, to include communication with external and internal customers, resolution of claimant, provider, and client issues, and identify workflow concerns for specific cases and employees

  • Analyze data to optimize their direct team’s performance


 You must have:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent
    experience/combined education

  • 5 years total relevant experience; 2 of the 5 years must be supervising or leading teams or projects

  • Must be able to work Remote, Thursday – Saturday 7am – 6pm CT

  • A dedicated work space at home and dependable internet with sufficient speed.

  • Must be able to possess and demonstrate skills necessary to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations

  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suites required

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation


Preferred to have:



  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively - Preferred

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and body systems - Preferred

  • Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to independently resolve complex situations – Preferred

  • Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
