Your pivotal role centers on orchestrating and overseeing client advisory undertakings on climate change management, GHG accounting, target setting, and disclosure. Your responsibilities span a spectrum of critical tasks: distilling and prioritizing product and client prerequisites via astute market research and direct engagement, shaping the product's overarching vision, prototyping, and testing innovations, and orchestrating a symphony of cooperative endeavors across Product and Project Management, Research, Development, Client Advisory, Sales, and Marketing.

Join us in shaping the future of corporate climate responsibility, leveraging your profound proficiency to empower organizations and drive impactful change.

  • Assist in managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues by providing subject matter expertise for climate-related services and broader ICS Sustainability Solutions.
  • Solicit external market/client feedback on products through user groups, client consultations, and beta programs.
  • Support in the improvement and maintenance of soft infrastructure to enable the research unit's smooth functioning, including process documentation, methodology upgrades, and other enhancements.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the GHG Protocol and greenhouse gas inventories, Science-Based Targets and target-setting processes, the TCFD, and other climate-related corporate disclosures.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in climate change and corporate sustainability; data analytics a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Desired Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Demonstrated understanding and interest in climate change and a passion for making a difference.
