Infosys is seeking a WebSphere-Application Support Executive to review the technical needs and recommend solutions to Business analysts and various lines of Business for our client. This role is responsible for ensuring solutions are successfully integrated into the infrastructure and will be required to manage complex IT projects from requirement gathering and design to production following the project lifecycle deployment methodology. This role will monitor, maintain and fix any incident that is disrupting the Application Service that business users depend on, while ensuring high levels of security and compliance for our onsite locations. This role will also be responsible for analyzing the impact of any changes to the application, unavailability of application and take appropriate actions including user communication.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of El Dorado Hills or Long Beach, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• At least 4 years of experience of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3+ Years working experience with setup and maintenance of WebSphere ND, Filenet, Portal, Liberty Profile.
• Professional in installation and configuration of WebSphere ND, Filenet, Portal, Liberty Profile.
• Experience in WebSphere patching activities and upgrade of JDK in application environment.
• Migration activity in WebSphere Liberty Profile - Migrating the applications from old to new servers.
• Experience working with configuration automation tools like ansible and puppet.
• Experience in scripting on WebSphere scripting client, bash, python for day-to-day admin tasks.
• Experience in installation and troubleshooting of ELK stack.
• The requirement is to build and migrate variety of java runtime environments, including WebSphere application server, portal server, FileNet, MDM, elastic search, Pega, WebSphere liberty.
• The Ideal candidate should have Linux skills with hands-on migration experience and production support on WebSphere, Pega, ELK.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Pega suite of applications including data, background, and stream nodes.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of SSL certs.
• Knowledge and working experience supporting the infrastructure for technologies including IBM MDM, Smile CDR, Bitbucket, Git pipelines, Jenkins CI/CD, WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
• Strong analytical and product management skills required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Availability to work outside of traditional office hours.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be.
LONG BEACH, CA : $ 80,373 to $ 118,800
El Dorado Hills, CA: $ 71,234 to $ 91,360
