Position Summary: The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to human resources. This role involves developing and implementing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures and providing guidance and support to HR teams and senior leadership. The HR Compliance Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal teams, department heads, and external auditors, to maintain a culture of compliance within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
7-10 years of experience in HR compliance or related areas or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
Professional certification in HR compliance (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and their alignment with legal requirements.
Experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex HR data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience supporting or managing a compliance program
Strong knowledge and understanding of Affirmative Action, EEOC. Workers’ Compensation, and other additional industry and regulatory processes.
