Position Summary: The Fleet Data Coordinator will track and control fleet cost data. This position will run fleet data reports on a daily basis. 

Essential Functions:

• Complete Fleetwave / Fleet coding procedures (ATA tucking codes) on fleet work orders / invoices


• Track work orders from the Fleet Technicians


• Track and report Fleet Cost / Data Metrics


• Coordinate outside vendor repairs


• Track major vendor spending


• Track warranty repairs, file claims, and coordinate dealer warranty repairs

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School diploma


• College degree preferred


• 3months – 1year of experience


• Must have computer and data entry skills (excel, word, power point) 


• Willing to work overtime when requested 


• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
