Position Summary
Performs audit of sales, retailers' adjustments, and changes. Analyzes audit results to ensure sales accuracy. Audits and reconciles incentives program calculations and payments against announced program eligibility rules and resolves issues with field staff and management.
Major Responsibilities
Audits retailer incentives to verify accuracy and eligibility (including sales adjustments, sales certification, and other rules) and works with Manager and field to resolve issues prior to payment.
Performs daily review of all ownership changes submitted by retailers, along with submitting ad hoc audit requests to retailers based off those ownership changes.
Analyzes audit results to ensure that sales are properly reported and retailers' surveys are accurate and answered by the appropriate parties.
Responsible for the accuracy of Document Management System in Subarunet (Address Verification, Out of Market, and Ad Hoc Audits).
Audits sales and other adjustments from retailers through review and approval of documentation in accordance with business rules. Reverses misreported sales and charge back incentives paid when appropriate.
Assists Incentive department management to support PerformX or other incentive application enhancements including execution of User Acceptance test plans and other review procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
Troubleshoots/analyzes incentive program issues in coordination with Field Operations and Regional staff and ensures proper resolution of retailer questions, issues, or chargeback transactions.
Required Skills and Personal Qualifications
Ability to work closely with all levels of Sales, Region, and Zone staff.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and quality in work
Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision.
Solid technical aptitude and proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Education/Experience Requirements: 4-year college degree (BA, BS) or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 2 to 4 years of related experience.
Work Environment
Hybrid Role: Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)
Compensation: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $55800- $67,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
