Description

We are hiring a self-motivated project manager with experience running teams of 5+ individuals consisting of internal resources and/or client resources to enable the success of projects via diligent management of scope, time, budget, issues, risks and resources. The prime candidate must be able to lead multiple projects, have excellent organization and time management skills, and be able to build solid relationships via excellent communication skills. The candidate will generally work with internal resources and clients within 5 hours time difference. Some travel may be necessary. In this position you will provide project management for low to high complexity projects to support client objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as necessary

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

Resolve issues

Establish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Manage interdependencies between teams

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management including effectively managing project resourcing

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Microsoft Project proficiency

Experience handling changing priorities and using good judgment when working in stressful situations

High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Practical application of program management methodology

Demonstrated ability working in an ambiguous environment with ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Ability to build and maintain open and collaborative relationships with various levels of leadership

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $110,900.00 - $160,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
